Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for the liver gallbladder fire syndrome of herpes zoster mentioned above simultaneously; (2) 18 years old = Age = 70 years old; (3) Those who have herpes within 1-7 days without treatment (including Chinese and western medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion, etc.); (4) Sign an informed consent form, agree to accept various treatment methods from our research group, and obey the arrangements of the research group. Note: Patients who meet all four criteria must be included in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Belonging to a special type of herpes zoster, including herpes zoster in the eyes and ears, herpes zoster in the organs, herpes zoster in the meninges Generalized herpes zoster and rash free herpes zoster; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Individuals with allergic constitution and allergies to multiple drugs; (4) Patients with acute primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, and hematopoietic system; (5) Patients with multiple organ failure, malignant tumors, mental illness, connective tissue disease, and active pulmonary tuberculosis; (6) The condition is critical (such as high fever, mental disorders, etc.), making it difficult to make a definite evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of treatment Person; (7) Individuals who have used corticosteroids or immunosuppressants within a month. Note: Anyone who meets any of the above criteria should be excluded
