Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Conform to the criteria for moderate and severe diagnosis of the novel coronavirus infection Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol (Trial Version 9 and 10); Diagnostic criteria for patients with viral pneumonia in (Trial Version 9 and 10); (2)Age range from 18 to 75 years old (including 18 and 75 years old), gender is not limited.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclude patients who experience the endpoint death event within 48 hours of hospital admission.
