Sudden Deafness

Interventions

Experimental group:(1) Tympanical injection of dexamethasone 10mg/ml 0.5ml/ ear + oral nutrition of nerve (mecobalamine) and circulation improvement (Ginkgo biloba extract) drug + acupuncture of audit
control group:Tympanic injection of dexamethasone 10mg/ml 0.5ml/ ear + oral neurotrophic (mecobalamine) and circulatory improvement (Ginkgo biloba extract) drugs, once every 3 days, a total of 5 times

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients are between 18 and 60 years of age and of any gender. The course of the disease is within 2 weeks of onset, without relevant medical treatment. Consistent with diagnosis of sudden deafness (hearing loss = 30 dB at least 3 consecutive frequencies)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Hormone contraindications. (2) Pregnancy, diabetes, hypertension patients. (3) Patients with Meniere's disease, middle ear disease, large vestibular duct syndrome, acoustic neuroma and other diseases. (4) suffering from epilepsy, schizophrenia and other neurological and mental diseases. (5) Those judged by the researcher to be unable to complete the experiment. (6) Full frequency hearing loss, less than 70db
