Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with chronic renal failure with eGFR <25 ml/(min-1.73m2) and expected to require the implementation of haemodialysis treatment within 3-6 months; 2. Age between 18-85 years old and gender; 3.Eligible cephalic veins of the forearm were defined as usual, pliable, compressible, and =2.0m in diameter; 4.Eligible radial arteries were defined as having adequate blood flow and no significant calcification =1.5 mm in diameter [11]; 5.Patients with radial artery-cephalic vein endovascular fistulae in the forearm of the non-dominant side of the upper limb were selected. The mode of vascular anastomosis was venous-arterial end-side anastomosis. 6.Signed informed consent and agreed to share information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Musculoskeletal or skeletal disorders (e.g., myopathy, rheumatoid arthritis); 2. Diseases of the central or peripheral nervous system (e.g., stroke and peripheral neuropathy); 3. Combination of serious co-morbidities, such as heart failure, malignant neoplasm, and serious infections; 4. Those who developed other complications during the study period that prevented them from continuing to adhere to the study; 5. Patients with very poor adherence during the study period.
