Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Both sexes, aged 18-60 years 2: Patients with a BMI of 25 kg/m2 3: Patients use smartphones 4: The patients agreed to participate in the study, accepted the review and follow-up on time, and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Previous diagnosis of infectious liver disease, liver cirrhosis and liver cancer 2: Patients diagnosed with diabetes 3: Pregnant and lactating women 4: Patients suffering from other major cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases or malignant tumors 5: Patients with severe respiratory, heart, brain and other diseases who cannot complete diet and exercise intervention and need other treatment 6: Concomitant mental illness including anxiety or depression 7: The researchers found that there were ineligible subjects.
