50 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range from 50 to 85 years old, regardless of gender; (2) Diagnosed as osteoarthritis, hospitalized and scheduled for unilateral knee replacement surgery under general anesthesia; (3) The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is classified as Level III or IV; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Concomitant severe arrhythmia, heart failure, epilepsy, mental illness, etc; (2) Skin damage and ulceration at acupoints such as Shenque, Guanyuan, Qihai, Zusanli, and Sanyinjiao; (3) There are contraindications for the application of lightning fire moxibustion (such as fever, peripheral neuropathy, sensory abnormalities, etc.); (4) Abdominal tumors and other unsuitable areas for moxibustion in the abdomen; (5) Patients with a history of diabetes.
