Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The flexion and extension of the fingers are limited, and there is a phenomenon of bouncing, suddenly straightening or buckling. The first metacarpophalangeal joint is tender and the tubercle of the soybean grain may be touched.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There are infected lesions near the fingers and throughout the body; (2) female menstrual period; (3) Patients with coagulation dysfunction and oral anticoagulant drugs should be stopped for 1 week; (4) Patients with diabetes whose blood glucose monitoring exceeds 8.0mmol/l.
