Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets diagnostic criteria for overweight/obesity (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of depression. At the initial diagnosis, 50?SAS?69, 53?SDS?72, 8?HAMD-17?24, 14?HAMA=29 scores meet the criteria for anxiety or depression. (3) Women between the ages of 18-49 years old. (4) Have not been treated with acupuncture for weight loss in the last three months. (5) Have not taken any hormonal drugs or related medications that may have an effect on weight and appetite in the last three months. (6) Voluntarily join, understand and sign the informed consent form. Patients who also meet the above six items can be included in this research project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who are clearly suffering from severe organic diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidney, etc., severe endocrine diseases and severe skin diseases; (2) Those with diabetes mellitus or diabetic peripheral neuropathy with poor blood sugar control; (3) Those with localised skin ulcerations and infections or hyperthermic inflammatory diseases; (4) Pregnant, pregnant or breastfeeding women; (5) People with combined deafness or severe cognitive impairment that prevents normal communication;
