Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range from 18 to 80 years old, regardless of gender; (2) Rectal cancer patients with clear pathological diagnosis; (3) Patients with anal dysfunction and abnormal defecation function after undergoing rectal cancer preserving radical surgery; (4) Patients who have undergone anal sphincterotomy or prophylactic ostomy for 2 months or more; (5) The patient has good communication skills and is able to complete questionnaires, symptom assessment forms, and cooperate with exercise; (6) Good compliance, must sign an informed consent form before joining the group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Having cognitive and mental disorders; (2) Those with severe heart, lung, kidney, and skeletal muscle diseases; (3) Those who are unable to complete rehabilitation exercises.
