Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult patients with closed fractures who meet the diagnostic criteria for surgical neck fractures of the humerus; 2) Sign an informed consent form with good compliance and the ability to conduct regular reviews.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patient severe vascular/neurological injury, multiple systemic fractures, soft tissue defects, or presence of infection; 2) Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other diseases or mental disorders who cannot cooperate with treatment; 3) Patients with severe osteoporosis; 4) Patients who cannot tolerate orthopedic or surgical treatment.
