Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis and whose bowel function score is less than or equal to 1 point; 2. Those who are between 18 and 75 years old, regardless of gender; 3. The onset time = 72 hours; 4. .No severe organ dysfunction or local complications; 5. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are diagnosed with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) and have surgical indications; 2. Those who have other serious pancreatic diseases; 3. Those who are combined with severe heart, brain and kidney diseases or cannot tolerate this researcher; 4. Pregnant women and allergies Physical constitution; 5. Those with poor treatment compliance; 6. Those who are currently undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy or using immunosuppressive drugs.
