Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria for pediatric adenoid hypertrophy ; (2) Age between 3 and 10 years old; (3) Sign the informed consent form (children aged = 8 sign independently, and children aged<8 sign on behalf of their guardians or legal representatives).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Children with poor breathing caused by obesity, nasal polyps, deflection of nasal septum, and other reasons; (2) Severe impact on sleep, combined with severe primary systemic diseases such as heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, and hematopoiesis; (3) Children with severe malnutrition, dysfunction, severe rickets, and mental illness; (4) Those who are unable to complete auxiliary examinations and follow-ups due to various reasons
