Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The outpatient electronic medical record system ICD diagnosis is "adenoid hypertrophy"; (2) Age between 3 and 10 years old; (3) After treatment, complete medical records of initial and follow-up visits are available

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Children with poor breathing caused by obesity, nasal polyps, deflection of nasal septum and other reasons; (2) Severe impact on sleep, combined with severe primary systemic diseases such as heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, and hematopoiesis; (3) Children with severe malnutrition, dysfunction, severe rickets, and mental illness; (4) Those who received adenoidectomy during treatment
