30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 30-80 years old, gender unlimited; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria; 3. Good compliance; 4. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude the abnormality of blood glucose, blood lipid and blood pressure caused by other primary diseases (chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease and hypothyroidism); 2. Complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as acute heart failure, severe hypertension, cerebral hemorrhage, etc; 3. Patients with severe liver dysfunction (ALT or ast reaching more than 3 times the upper limit of normal value), endocrine diseases, malignant tumors and autoimmune diseases; 4. Pregnant, pregnant or lactating women; 5. Allergic constitution and allergic to the components of this study; 6. Those who are participating in other clinical trials or have participated in other drug clinical trials for less than 1 month. 7. Patients with valvular atrial fibrillation.
