Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the relevant diagnostic criteria of heart failure after myocardial infarction and are in the rehabilitation stage; 2. Age 18-70 years old; 3. Cardiac function grade ? - ?; 4. Patients with yang deficiency according to syndrome differentiation. 5. Patients and / or family members informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor cognitive ability and communication difficulties; 2. Patients younger than 18 years old or older than 70 years old; 3. Those who suffer from severe organ failure, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, musculoskeletal system diseases and other exercise contraindications and are not suitable for five bird games; 4. Other clinical researchers in the past month. 5. Patients with unstable cardiovascular disease.
