Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic musculoskeletal pain in the 11th edition of International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11) is clinically diagnosed as Musculo fasciitis of the back of the neck (refer to the Diagnostic Efficacy Standard of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diseases promulgated and implemented by National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2012): 1) There are often medical histories such as strain or exogenous wind and cold; 2) Shoulder and back pain is spontaneous local soreness, dull pain or unbearable severe pain; 3) There is obvious tenderness in the local area accompanied by diffuse pain; 4) Pain is often related to weather changes, and symptoms can be aggravated after rainy days and fatigue; 5) The muscles of the shoulder and back are stiff and have a heavy feeling, and there are induration or cords in the palpable area; 2. Age: 18-80 years old; 3. Shoulder and back pain persists or recurs for more than 3 months; 4. NRS pain score is 4-6; 5. The skin of the treatment site is complete without rash, skin damage, ulcer or trauma; 6. Volunteer to participate in research and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute pain or other kinds of chronic pain, such as obvious structural changes (bone tuberculosis, bone tumor) and chronic secondary musculoskeletal pain caused by nervous system diseases; 2. Those with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver diseases, kidney diseases, blood diseases, diabetes, infectious diseases and other serious complications; 3. Patients with complications such as tuberculosis, rheumatism, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, rheumatoid disease and cancer bone metastasis; 4. Those who have mental disorders or communication disorders and cannot cooperate; 5. Peripheral nerve perception disorder; 6. Pregnant, lactating women or those who have pregnancy plans; 7. Those who need surgical treatment for pain; 8. Suspicious or definite allergy to test drugs; 9. Those who have used painkillers or received other treatment within one week.
