Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) It meets the diagnostic criteria of Vascular dementia and Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, and the course of dementia is more than 3 months; (2) The mini mental state assessment scale scored =26 points; (3) Clear consciousness, able to cooperate with the inspection and participate in the training; (4) Diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine; Refer to the syndrome differentiation of dementia in the guiding principles for clinical research of new traditional Chinese medicine (Trial) [4]; (5) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have other brain organic diseases, depression and psychosis; (2) Patients with malignant tumor, history of drug allergy, hematopoietic coagulation dysfunction or severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction were excluded; (3) Cognitive impairment or dementia caused by other factors, such as brain injury, Parkinson's disease, etc; (4) Patients who cannot cooperate with the examination (such as four diagnostic instruments of traditional Chinese medicine, meridian detector, neurophysiological evaluation, etc.).
