Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of sepsis and whose body temperature is = 38.5 ?; 2. those whose age is = 18 years old; 3. no taking cooling drugs within 1 hour before operation intervention; 4. no continuous renal replacement therapy was performed within 2 hours before the operation intervention; 5. the patient's skin is intact without ulcer or ulceration; 6. patients with indwelling catheter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have definite allergic reaction to the traditional Chinese medicine used in this study; 2.those who have mental or intellectual disorders that can not cooperate with the researcher.
