Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of lumbar facet joint disorder; 2. The age range is 18-60 years old, and both men and women can have sound limbs; 3. Sign the informed consent form; 4. Those who have received conservative treatment will undergo a washout period of more than 3 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who take drugs together and affect the test results; 2. Patients with serious lumbar degenerative changes, such as lumbar scoliosis with obvious osteophyte; 3. Patients with previous spinal infection, traumatic fracture, tumor, tuberculosis, severe osteoporosis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc; 4. Those who have contraindications to manipulation, such as skin damage or skin disease at the manipulation part; 5. Groups that cannot cooperate with manual treatment, such as pregnant and lactating women, people with mental retardation, malignant tumors, and other serious systemic diseases.
