Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-60 years old, gender is not limited. 2. According to Williams criteria, the diagnosis of AD was met: main criteria: skin itching. Secondary criteria: ? history of flexor involvement, including popliteal fossa, cubital fossa, anterior ankle and neck; ? History of asthma or allergic rhinitis; ? History of systemic skin dryness in recent years; ? There was flexor eczema; ? Onset before 2 years old. Ad can be diagnosed when the patient meets the main criteria and meets 3 or more secondary criteria. 3. No serious heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, endocrine system, hematopoietic system, mental and other serious diseases. 4. No corticosteroids, non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and immunosuppressive drugs were used within 1 month. 5. No previous history of autoimmune diseases. 6. Volunteer and agree to complete all steps of this clinical study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with reproductive needs, pregnancy and lactation during the study period. 2. Contraindications of magnetic resonance. 3. Participating in or participating in other clinical trials within the last 3 months. 4. Left handedness. 5. Have taken psychotropic drugs within 1 month.
