Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the above diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation. 2. VAS score =4 and <7. 3. Aged between 25 and 65 years old. 4. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily become the subject.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot tolerate cupping or those who have broken skin or ulcers at the required cupping site. 2. Those who have surgical indications such as cauda equina symptoms and progressive muscle weakness and need surgery. 3. Those receiving nerve block and other invasive treatments. 4. Other types of chronic pain or acute pain. 5. Pregnant, lactating, menstrual women. 6. There are spinal infections, tumors, tuberculosis, trauma fractures, ankylosing spondylitis, infectious diseases, etc. 7. Those who suffer from mental illness or do not cooperate for other reasons. 8. Patients with serious cardiovascular, kidney, liver, peptic ulcer, coagulation disorders and other diseases.
