Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The first diagnosis must conform to ICD-10 of type 2 diabetes; E11.2-e11.9 disease code; (2) Meet the hospitalization standard; Meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetes and need hospitalization according to the judgment of clinicians; (3) When the patient has other disease diagnoses at the same time, such as no special treatment is required during hospitalization and the implementation of the clinical nursing path process of the first diagnosis is not affected, the patient can enter the path.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patients whose first diagnosis met the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes but could not cooperate; (2) Patients with cognitive impairment; (3) The first diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes, but has other disease diagnoses at the same time, and needs to be treated during hospitalization.
