Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The clinical diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria of severe pneumonia; (2) TCM syndrome differentiation conforms to the type of deficiency of qi and Yin, phlegm and heat accumulating lung; (3) Age =65, no gender limitation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Special infected persons: atypical pneumonia, influenza A (HIN1), avian influenza, tuberculosis (except old tuberculosis foci); (2) primary immune deficiency diseases, patients with immunosuppression (such as leukemia, lymphoma, HIV infection, splenectomy, post-transplantation and the use of cytotoxic drugs, high-dose glucocorticoids, immunosuppressive agents, etc.); (3) Allergic to the drug or allergic constitution.
