Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of post-stroke depression; ? Age 30 ~ 80 years old; ? Have clear consciousness, be able to accept investigation and answer questions, and the score of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) is between 17-35 (including boundary); ? Course of disease <1 year; ? Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Previous history of depression, mental illness, cognitive impairment or dementia; ? Severe depression with suicidal tendency; ? Those who have speech, cognitive, audio-visual and other obstacles and are unable to cooperate with the examination and evaluation; ? Patients with adverse prognosis such as severe liver and kidney dysfunction or malignant tumor; ? Unstable working and living environment and easy to lose visitors; ? Allergic to needles.
