Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetic retinopathy, the degree of the disease is non-proliferative (at least one eye meet) (2) Age 30-70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Other ophthalmic diseases that do not belong to diabetic retinopathy, such as non-diabetic retinopathy, uveitis, retinal detachment, optic nerve disease and high myopia with fundus lesions; (2)meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetic retinopathy, but the degree of the disease was proliferative. (3)Type 1 diabetic retinopathy.
