Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic heart failure in stage C diagnosed by western medicine. 2. Patients with heart failure diagnosed by TCM as Yang Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. 3. Aged 35-80 years, regardless of gender. 4. Patients who have signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients with chronic heart failure who need medical treatment in the near future, patients with acute coronary syndrome (within 30 days), cardiogenic shock, acute myocarditis, hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg and / or diastolic blood pressure >= 110 mmHg), malignant arrhythmia, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, severe valvular disease requiring surgical treatment and pulmonary embolism; 3. Patients with other serious diseases: severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, severe anemia, psychosis, malignant tumor, etc.; 4. Have a history of allergy to topical drugs in the past; 5. Other researchers in recent 2 months.
