Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of diabetes was established (in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for diabetes proposed by who in 1998); 2. In patients with acute onset, the third brain nerve was involved; 3. Electrophysiological examination supports patients with peripheral nerve involvement; 4. All patients voluntarily participated in the clinical study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. By CT, MRI or digital subtraction angiography (DSA), the diagnosis was intracranial aneurysm and brainstem Patients with vascular disease, painful ophthalmoplegia, myasthenia gravis, intracranial tumor and other diseases that can cause oculomotor nerve palsy; 2. Patients with mental illness; 3. Patients who have serious abnormal reaction to acupuncture stimulation (such as dizziness) can not insist on acupuncture and moxibustion; 4. Patients with serious heart, liver, kidney and coagulation dysfunction.
