Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) No chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, fatty liver, etc.; (2) Aged between 20 and 55 years old (including 20 and 55 years old); (3) Junior high school and above education level; (4) Those who have signed an informed consent.
