Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis was in accordance with the standards of the Fourth National Conference on cerebrovascular diseases in 1995. The first diagnosis was primary stroke (cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage), and was confirmed by CT or MR; the patients aged 18 to 85 years old, conscious and able to cooperate normally; all were unilateral hemiplegia; the life and body were stable, and they were able to withstand aerobic exercise training and cardio pulmonary exercise tests; no history of brain trauma, no encephalitis, knot The patients have the primary and above cultural level, and have good compliance with the observation and evaluation of the researchers; with the consent of the patients or their families and sign the informed consent.
