35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Between 35-65 age, no gender limit; 2. The diagnostic criteria refer to the American Rheumatology, requiring the subjects to have any of the following pain conditions in the past month, such as walking, going up and down stairs, standing, lying down; 3. Kellgren/Lawrence grade >= 2; 4. Body mass index = 2 points (0-10 points).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have related traditional exercises and physical therapy in the past; 2. Those who have the following serious diseases that affect those who participate in Yijinjing exercises and physical therapy: severe coronary heart disease, heart failure, high blood pressure, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, epilepsy, liver and kidney insufficiency; active bleeding; cancer and mental system Sick 3. Those who have a history of joint cavity injection and surgery in the past 6 months; 4. Those who cannot walk without using auxiliary equipment when entering the group for evaluation; 5. Those whose cognitive status evaluation is less than 24 points; 6. Have a pregnancy plan or pregnant women; 7. Those who plan to go out for a long time in the near future.
