Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of premature ovarian insufficiency and kidney deficiency as the main syndrome. 2. Female with age >= 20 years old and <= 40 years old. 3. Understand and agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with diabetes and hyperlipidemia. 2. Congenital physiological defects and deformities of the reproductive system. 3. Serious heart, liver, kidney and blood system diseases and other factors affecting drug evaluation. 4. Patients with depression, anxiety and other mental diseases. 5. Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials in recent 3 months. 6. Pregnant women.
