Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for repeated transplantation failure: under 40 years of age, at least 3 transplantation cycles (fresh + frozen), at least 4 or more high-quality embryos were transplanted without obtaining clinical pregnancy.(2) All subjects agreed to participate in the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Infertility due to chromosomal abnormalities; (2) Diseases known to affect ER (uterine malformation, endometritis, submucosal myoma, severe intrauterine adhesions, hydrosalpinx, etc.); (3) Autoimmune diseases.
