Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have undergone laparoscopic BR; (2) Aged 18 years or older; (3) surgery time,3 to 4.5 hours; (4) anesthesia time,3.5 to 5 hours; (5) TCM syndrome type, Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation; (6) willingness to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Advanced malignant tumor cachexia, extreme weakness; (2) malignant tumors requiring extended radical surgery or enterostomy; (3) cardiovascular, liver, kidney, brain, or lung co-morbidity, or other serious diseases; (4) poorly controlled hypertension or diabetes; (5) mental illness; (6) allergy to the intervention; (7) pregnant or breast-feeding women; (8) severe malnutrition (serum albumin 400 mL during surgery, need blood transfusion during or after surgery; (11) serious complications occurring within 6 h after surgery (e.g., multiple organ dysfunction); (12) emergency surgery; (13) must use drugs or treatments that have a significant impact on gastrointestinal function after surgery; (14) currently participating in other clinical trials, or having participated in another clinical study in the previous month; (15) participants considered inappropriate to participate the study by clinical investigators.
