Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with colon spasm during painless colonoscopy; 2. Aged 18-70 years old; 3. The subjects were informed and signed an informed consent form voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness and those who cannot cooperate with treatment; 2. Patients with diarrheal IBS, inflammatory bowel disease, and chronic constipation; 3. Shock; 4. Severe intestinal stenosis and obstruction; 5. Acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage; severe anemia (Hb <60 g/L); persons with bleeding tendency and coagulation dysfunction; 6. Severe heart and lung insufficiency, such as severe coronary heart disease, poor lung compensation, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, etc.; sleep apnea syndrome; severe snoring; 7. Bradycardia and atrioventricular block; severe hypotension; blood oxygen saturation lower than 90% before intravenous injection of anesthetics; 8. Severe liver and kidney diseases, such as hepatic encephalopathy (including subclinical hepatic encephalopathy); severe neurological diseases (such as epilepsy, stroke); 9. Inadequate bowel preparation (Boston score <=3 points); 10. Pregnant and lactating women.
