Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of the American rheumatic Association; 2. Aged 40-70 years; 3. Patients with Kellgren / Lawrence classification I-III according to the X-ray images of the patients; 4. They agreed to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute knee trauma, bone tuberculosis, tumor, joint infection, rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases; 2. Patients with respiratory tract, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, psychiatric diseases; 3. patients with cardiac pacemaker, metal implants, and other diseases unable to cooperate with MR examination.
