Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient also meets the TCM diagnostic criteria for infertility due to deficiency of kidney essence; (2) Males over 40 years old; (3) Those who intend to undergo in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer to assist pregnancy (unify the male partner's non-surgical sperm retrieval and the female partner's antagonist program); (4) Sign informed consent and willing to follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have undergone urological surgery such as male testicles and spermatic vein; (2) Patients with severe mumps and severe urinary system diseases that have not been cured; (3) Taking anti-tumor or psychiatric drugs that may affect sperm motility. The husband is not due to abnormal embryos due to abnormal sperm DNA fragments, and not due to infertility due to oligospermia; (4) Have been allergic to the drugs and ingredients used in the experiment; (5) Patients who have taken traditional Chinese medicines or proprietary Chinese medicines related to the treatment of infertility within the past month (30 days); (6) Allergic to the drugs and their ingredients used in the experiment.
