Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who were initially diagnosed in our hospital were in accordance with the diagnosis of GGN, and the diameter of GGN was 5-8mm (including 8mm); 2. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 3. Those who can fill in the questionnaire and cooperate with the investigators, and those who have informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The first chest CT showed that GGN had respiratory tract infection at the same time; 2. Pregnant women and other primary diseases such as serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, etc; 3. Having a clear history of autoimmune diseases; 4. Those who have participated in other clinical studies; 5. The patients were confirmed to have elective surgery at the initial diagnosis; 6. Allergic constitution patients allergic to the test drug.
