Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the case diagnostic criteria (patients diagnosed by histopathology as pancreatic malignant tumor, with clinical symptoms of pain, NRS score >= 4; patients with pain and pain causes belong to the somatic factors in the "cancer three-step pain relief guidelines 2002"); 2. Age: 30-80 years old; 3. The patients whose Karnofsky score is more than 50 and the expected survival time is more than 1 month; 4. No other pain relief; three-step analgesia is being carried out, but the curative effect of symptoms is not obvious; the drugs in use; the dosage needs to be increased or the drugs need to be changed; 5. Conscious, can clearly describe their own pain feelings and other symptoms, and can objectively evaluate the pain degree and quality of life; 6. The patients who voluntarily participate in this study should sign the informed consent form by themselves or the authorized person. The patients have good compliance and can be traced.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe functional or organic lesions of heart, liver, kidney, etc. 2. Patients with severe infection and other metabolic diseases. 3. Pregnant women. 4. Fainting or fear or resistance to acupuncture treatment. 5. Patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
