Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetic foot gangrene; 2. Aged 30 - 80 years, gender unlimited; 3. Understand, agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe heart, liver, kidney, blood system and other diseases, or other serious primary diseases, mental illness; 2. Ketoacidosis, diabetic hyperosmotic status and severe infection occurred in the last month; 3. Other causes of lower limb nerve and vascular lesions; 4. Allergy to drugs in treatment programmes. 5. Pregnant or lactating women. 6. Other circumstances which, according to the researcher's judgement, have reduced the likelihood of entry or complicated entry. 7. Participated in or is participating in other clinical researchers 1 month before joining the group. 8. Patients who had taken or were taking other medications for diabetic foot the month before entering the group.
