Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of psoriasis vulgaris; 2. Meet the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes blood heat syndrome; 3. Aged 18 to 70 years old; 4. Patients who have not been treated for psoriasis in the past one month; 5. Skin lesions <=10% BSA (mild to moderate psoriasis, skin lesions are mainly located in the trunk and/or extremities, palm/soles of the feet, face/scalp, and vulva areas are not included); 6. I agree to receive medical treatment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women during pregnancy or lactation; 2. Patients with severe organic lesions of visceral organs such as heart, liver, kidney and cerebrovascular, severe primary diseases of hematopoietic system, psychoses and malignant tumors; 3. The skin is affected by infection, trauma, hypersensitive constitution or irritation symptoms.
