Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The clinical and imaging diagnostic criteria of simple fatty liver were met; 2. According to the diagnostic criteria of TCM disease name and constitution of simple fatty liver; 3. The age ranged from 18 to 65 years old; 4. Patients with body mass (BMI) >= 28 and WHtR > 0.5 were defined as abdominal obesity; 5. Patients who agree to accept traditional Chinese medicine, diet and exercise intervention and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hepatitis, schistosomiasis liver disease or liver cirrhosis caused by viral hepatitis, drug poisoning, immune diseases, etc; 2. Patients with severe primary diseases of heart, kidney, lung, endocrine, blood, metabolism and gastrointestinal tract; 3. Subjects with poor adherence to the study protocol or those who have recently or are participating in other clinical trials; 4. A woman who is breastfeeding, pregnant, or preparing for pregnancy.
