Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients clinically diagnosed as LDH; 2) No serious functional diseases of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organs; 3) No mental illness or consciousness disorder, and active cooperation in clinical examination and treatment; 4) Patients without blood system diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patients of lumbar disc herniation with serious nerve root adhesion after conservative treatment for 3 months 2) Pregnant women or nursing mothers; 3) The patients underwent other clinical examination within 3 months before the study; 4) The patients with the central, incarcerated huge type or free type lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion; 5) Horsetail nerve syndrome or patients with foot drop; 6) Combined lumbar spinal canal stenosis or slippage.
