Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The participant participates signed informed consent is required; (2) Pain that lasts >= 1 month after the shingles rash has healed; (3) Herpes affects the intercostal nerve; (4) The participant 's onset time = 4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Occult herpes and visceral nerve herpetic pain; (2) Leukemia, aplastic anemia, systemic lupus erythematosus, kidney transplantation, liver transplantation, malignant tumor, AIDS; (3) Abnormal laboratory indicators: Those with ALT, AST, BUN exceeding 20% of the upper limit of normal; those with other clinically significant laboratory indicators abnormal; (4) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have pregnancy plans in the past three months; (5) Allergies; (6) According to the judgment of the investigator, those who have other diseases that reduce the possibility of enrollment or complicate enrollment, such as frequent changes in the working environment, which may easily cause loss to follow-up, and those who cannot give full informed consent due to mental and behavioral disorders; (7) Patients who participated in other clinical trials within the past month.
