Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute coronary syndrome who plan to undergo EMERGENCY PCI; 2. Those who meet the criteria for TCM syndrome differentiation of Blood stasis syndrome; 3. Between the ages of 18 and 75, regardless of gender; 4. Coronary angiography showed slow blood flow or no reflow; 5. Those who voluntarily sign the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Acute myocardial infarction complicated with serious complications, such as cardiac shock (conventional treatment cannot be corrected), complicated with mechanical complications; 2. Severe arrhythmia (such as rapid atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, high atrioventricular block, etc.); 3. Previous history of chronic heart failure or old myocardial infarction; 4. Patients with cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease, severe valvular heart disease, cardiac tamponadosis, hypertensive emergency, pulmonary hypertension, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma in acute attack stage, severe infection, etc.; Patients with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, endocrine, hematopoietic system or psychosis; 6. Patients with malignant tumor; 7. Allergic constitution, or allergic to multiple drugs and food, or known to be allergic to the ingredients of Compound Xuantong capsule; Suspected or proven history of alcohol or drug abuse; 9. Pregnant or lactating women; 10. Recent history of cerebrovascular accident and major surgery and trauma.
