Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine of KOA; 2.The age is between 18 and 75 years old; 3.Joint function grade II and above (ACR standard); 4.Kellgren & Lawrence grade 2 and above; 5.Patients who agree and sign informed consent; 6.Patients who have not been treated with traditional Chinese and Western medicine or other therapies for knee osteoarthritis in recent 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy and scar constitution; 2.Acute joint injury knee joint tuberculosis tumor, rheumatoid osteoarthritis and so on; 3.Patients with osteogenic ankylosis due to significant narrowing of joint space or formation of bone bridge connection between joints; 4.Patients with obvious varus deformity of knee joint and history of vascular and nerve injury in affected limb; 5.Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious diseases, diabetic psychosis; 6.Pregnant and lactating women; 7.Patients who have used relevant treatment drugs or failed to stop using other treatment methods in recent 1 month.
