18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Ages 18 to 80 years, regardless of gender; 2) Conforms to the diagnosis of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage in The Key Points for Diagnosis of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019; 3) Confirmed cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage by CT or MRI. 4) The upper limbs and hand function score of Brunnstrom stages recovery at the stage I; Modified Ashworth scale of upper limbs and hands rated at level 0; 5) Have clear consciousness, stable vital signs and cooperate with the treatment; 6) Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Non-cerebrovascular events; 2) Have received other treatment or are participating in other intervention studies; 3) Combined with severe osteomuscular disease; 4) Unable to cooperate with rehabilitation treatment and evaluation; 5) Other severe visceral or systemic diseases; 6) Combined with severe cognitive and mental illness.
