Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with CKD 2~5 stage, glomerular filtration rate 10~89ml/min, no renal replacement therapy, blood uric acid>420umol/L; (2) No gender limit, age 18-75 years old; (3) The patient gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Type 1 diabetes patients; Type 2 diabetes patients with fasting blood glucose greater than 11.1mmol/L or glycosylated blood menstrual protein greater than 9.0%; (2) Abnormal liver function (Granum C and Asparagus are more than 2 times the upper limit of the normal range); (3) Acute renal failure, accompanied by severe primary cardiovascular disease, liver disease, hematological disease, lung disease, tumor, or serious disease that affects its survival; (4) Those who need to use azathioprine and mercaptopurine in combination for other diseases; (5) Those who are known to be allergic to the test drug (including those who are not allergic to the drug but have recently used the drug), or those who are allergic to the drug, and those with allergic constitution. (6) Women who are pregnant, preparing to become pregnant, or breast-feeding.
