Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the diagnostic criteria of osteoporosis in Western Medicine (brittle fracture or / and t value =1 month; (3) No anti osteoporosis treatment or drugs affecting bone mineral density (BMD) were used in the past month; (4) Volunteer to participate in clinical trials and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary osteoporosis; (2) Relevant treatment has been carried out recently; (3) Allergic to related drugs; (4) Patients with severe heart disease, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, malignant hypertension, severe heart failure, severe arrhythmia, lumbar or hip implants, osteomalacia, primary hyperparathyroidism, diabetes, psychosis and other diseases affecting bone metabolism; (5) Unwilling to participate in clinical trials.
