Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetic foot gangrene. 2. Grade 2-3 for diabetic foot. 3. Aged 30 to 80 years old; 4. Understand, agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women. 2.Diabetic ketosis, ketoacidosis in the last three months. 3. Severe heart, liver, kidney and other complications, or other serious primary diseases. 4. Psychiatric patients. 5. Neurovascular lesions caused by other causes. 6. Allergic to the relevant drugs in the treatment plan, not suitable for the treatment plan. 7. Have a history of cancer or other intestinal inflammatory diseases. 8. Have had any bowel surgery in five years. 9. Invasive medical intervention 3 months before sampling
