Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation criteria of refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia in children; 2) The age ranged from 3 to 14 years old; 3) The parents of the subjects signed the informed consent form and were able to cooperate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with other immune diseases and / or using immunomodulators; 2) Patients with heart failure, respiratory failure, hypoxic encephalopathy and other serious complications; 3) Patients with severe liver and kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, endocrine disease, blood system disease, nervous system disease. 4) Allergy to the test drug; 5) Patients who have participated in or are participating in clinical trials of other drugs in recent three months; 6) According to the doctor's judgment, it is easy to lose the follow-up.
